Phase 01
Consult

We discuss your space, goals and audience. No jargon, just a quick WhatsApp or call to understand what you need and quote you a fixed price.

Phase 02
Scan

Our team arrives with Matterport equipment. The scan is fast and non-intrusive. Most spaces are captured within hours, working around your operations.

Phase 03
Process

Raw scans are processed into a fully navigable 3D model, including floorplans, measurements, labels and highlight points for your key features.

Phase 04
Deliver

You receive a shareable link embeddable on any website, Google Maps or social platform, live within days, hosted and maintained for you.

Before we arrive

Preparing your space for scan day.

The camera captures everything, exactly as it is: every angle, every corner, permanently. A well-prepared space is the difference between a good tour and a stunning one. Here's our preparation guide; we'll also walk you through it personally before every shoot.

Presentation
  • Deep-clean all areas being scanned: floors, glass and mirrors show everything in 4K
  • Style each room the way you'd want a VIP guest to see it
  • Remove clutter: cables, boxes, cleaning equipment, personal items
  • Straighten furniture, cushions, linens and table settings
  • Fresh flowers or styled amenities elevate hospitality scans noticeably
Lighting
  • Switch on every light, including lamps, accent and cove lighting
  • Replace any blown or flickering bulbs before scan day
  • Open curtains and blinds unless the space is designed for mood lighting
  • Consistent lighting across rooms keeps the tour feeling seamless
Access & flow
  • Open all interior doors you want connected in the tour
  • Close doors to areas you want excluded: storage, back-of-house, staff areas
  • Clear walkways so the camera can move through every path naturally
  • Confirm lift and access arrangements for multi-floor properties
Privacy & people
  • The space should be empty of people during scanning. Anyone captured stays in the tour
  • Remove or cover confidential documents, screens and pricing displays
  • Schedule scans during off-peak hours or before opening. We're flexible
  • Inform staff in advance so scan day runs smoothly
